We collect only what we need to make 1:1s better: account info, reflection prompts, manager notes, and aggregated usage. Employees control what is shared upward with their manager.

What we store

Profile data (name, email, handle), 1:1 content you submit, and organizational role information provided by your HR admin.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, train third-party models on private 1:1 content, or surface employee reflections to leadership without explicit opt-in.

Your rights

You may export or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@therealoneonone.example.
